Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Coordinator to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for maintaining promotional, clearance, and permanent price changes in our Oracle Retail and SAP e-commerce systems. You'll also be the go-to person for price change-related issues and questions, serving as a liaison between our merchants and stores. Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Price Change Management: Review and enter all price change requests received from our merchant organization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Data Analysis: Understand data and ability to spot price change discrepancies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Promotional Pricing: Understand complex promotional price changes and how they feed into our systems, ensuring seamless integration and accurate pricing.
- Cost and Price Changes: Review and enter stores-submitted cost and price changes, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Oracle Pricing and SAP e-commerce Systems: Review and enter promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP e-commerce systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- PO Reopening: Work with our AP team to reopen POs for invoice submission, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Weekly Price Change Reports: Manage and review weekly price change reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Ad Hoc Requests: Assist with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, providing support to our business divisions as needed.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform additional tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or information technology.
- 1-2 Years of Experience: 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, operations, or a similar field.
