What You'll Do:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contacting potential candidates for our searches
• Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and stay ahead of the competition
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in our current processes and implementing changes to enhance efficiency
• Managing job postings on various job portals and evaluating candidates who apply to our open positions
• Analyzing professional profiles in job portals to find the best fit for our searches

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Proactivity and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A marked attention to detail in your daily work, ensuring accuracy and precision
• At least 1 year of previous work experience (although this is not a requirement, it's a plus)
• An advanced English level to communicate effectively with our global team
