Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing prompt and considerate service to all customers, ensuring that all requests/required data entry is accurate and completed on time, and maintaining performance levels to specified goals. This is a fully remote position, and we're hiring for openings for our shift from 11:00am to 7:30pm CST.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing prompt and considerate service to all customers
• Ensuring that all requests/required data entry is accurate and completed on time
• Maintaining performance levels to specified goals
• Working autonomously and in a team environment to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives
• Utilizing computer systems and technology to resolve customer inquiries and issues
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and business performance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of Customer Service, Call Center experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency with computer systems and technology
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail and retain information readily
