Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand arenaflex's network.
  • Building strong relationships with customers by learning and uncovering their needs through active listening and asking the right questions.
  • Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
  • Closing sales by utilizing phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
  • Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
  • Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One or more years of work experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
  • Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
  • Experience working in a commission-based environment is a plus.
  • Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions is a plus.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect:

  • A competitive yearly salary range of $43,000-$56,000, consisting of both base pay and team-based commission, as well as individual incentives.
