As a Data Analyst on our Operations & Analytics team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Integrity Policy & Operations and Customer Success leadership to drive global consistency and excellence. The Role As a SQL Data Analyst (Customer Success), you'll be responsible for identifying actionable insights that drive business decisions at both strategic and tactical levels. You'll work closely with stakeholders and internal team members to develop scalable reporting and dashboards, identify opportunities for improvement, and track progress towards targets. Your work will have a direct impact on our customer experience, and you'll be empowered to make a real difference. Key Responsibilities * Translate strategic and tactical questions into analytics requirements, collect and analyze data using SQL, and organize findings in a cohesive narrative to drive action * Deliver recurring analysis and insights across the Customer Organization * Develop scalable reporting and dashboards to monitor leading and lagging indicators * Identify opportunities to improve process, efficiency, profitability, and productivity * Assist in setting targets for new initiatives and proactive campaigns, tracking ongoing progress The Skillset To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of technical, analytical, and business acumen skills.
