Key Responsibilities As a Remote Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing timely and professional support to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. * Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by offering accurate information and solutions. * Handling multiple chat conversations concurrently while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * Utilizing arenaflex resources, including knowledge bases and CRM tools, to assist customers and provide relevant solutions. * Documenting and tracking customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. * Escalating complex issues or complaints to appropriate departments or supervisors as needed. * Following up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and their experience is positive. * Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including response times and customer satisfaction scores. * Continuously updating knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant support.
