Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers, solving their issues, and upselling products and services that meet their needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering world-class customer service by responding to inbound calls, chat, email, and social media; providing product knowledge, troubleshooting issues, resolving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency; and identifying sales opportunities to proactively offer solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Processing orders, updating customer accounts, and ensuring accurate records in internal systems.
  • Multitasking effectively between handling customer inquiries and navigating internal systems.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales targets.

What You Need to Succeed

To thrive in our remote environment, you will need:

  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally.
  • A sales-focused mindset, with a proven ability to sell and upsell products/services while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Customer service experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a customer service or sales role, and at least 6 months in a call center virtual setting.
  • Availability for 12 weeks of paid training, with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled between Sunday and Saturday, 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST.
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, between 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST.
  • A private workspace with desk/chair where surrounding noise cannot be heard or present during working hours.
  • Ability to be on webcam during working hours.
