Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers from all walks of life, from the general public to high-level managers of organizations. You'll be responsible for providing general administrative support, multi-tasking in fast-paced situations, and using your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process payments in a timely and accurate manner

  • Update lot (vehicle) notes in our system to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Answer multi-line telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Engage in face-to-face customer interactions, providing personalized support and solutions
  • Utilize company resources to gather information and offer tailored solutions to meet customer needs
  • Contact clients to obtain vehicle pick-up information and ensure smooth logistics
  • File documents according to established criteria, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Process mail incoming and outgoing, adhering to established procedures
  • Read and interpret various reports and documents to stay informed and up-to-date
  • Properly complete sale documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities

Required Skills & Experience

* One year of office support experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results

  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude, with a passion for delivering memorable experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency with office equipment, including computers, printers, and other technology
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Computer proficiency in MS Suite, with a strong understanding of software applications and systems
  • Typing speed of 45WPM, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity
  • Professional appearance, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of adaptability and flexibility
  • Bilingual skills a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
