Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone, live chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Availability to work flexible full-time schedules during customer service hours (8 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the lighting industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with live chat software and email management tools

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate starting at $16.00/hour

  • $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
