Job Overview

As an E-File Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email. This role requires close collaboration with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to resolve issues as they arise and meet common goals. As a remote employee, you must be located in the United States and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
• Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to resolve issues and meet common goals
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• Tech experience is strongly preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Schedule

The E-File Specialist position is a full-time role, working Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PST.
