Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage, while providing exceptional customer service to our patients. If you have a passion for helping others, strong computer skills, and a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of customer calls, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service with empathy, resolving patient concerns and questions on the first call
- Process prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
- Utilize computer systems to access patient information and resolve issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of patient concerns
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience
- 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
- Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
- Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions
