What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. You'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming communications from customers, including phone calls, emails, and chats
• Conducting research to provide answers and resolve issues for customers
• Making recommendations to close sales and provide personalized service
• Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A passion for high fashion brands and haute couture
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
• A post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize and resolve mid-to-high level customer service issues
• Proficiency in computer software and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
• A smartphone or other device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
• A USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets not accepted)
