Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support to merchants and customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborating with the Dealer Administrations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and team performance.
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures, and implementing changes to drive efficiency and quality.

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Communications, or Customer Service.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Google Sheets or other data analysis tools.
