Key Responsibilities

As a remote administrative assistant, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Data entry: You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, using your computer or mobile device.
• Research trials: You'll participate in online research trials, providing valuable feedback and insights to help us improve our products and services.
• Online focus groups: You'll join online focus groups, discussing topics and providing feedback to help us better understand our customers and their needs.
• Product testing: You'll test our products and services, providing feedback and insights to help us improve our offerings.
• Micro tasks: You'll complete a variety of micro tasks, such as surveys, polls, and other small projects, to help us gather data and insights.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
• Microsoft Word or Excel skills (although not mandatory)
• The ability to focus and follow through on tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to read, write, and type accurately
• A minimum of 25 words per minute typing speed

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are highly desirable. Additionally, proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as it may provide more opportunities for you to participate in research studies.
