Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless customer interactions
• Taking all overflow inbound service calls to guarantee that every customer receives a timely response
• Assisting customers with appointment scheduling to meet their needs and exceed their expectations
• Collaborating with Service Managers to ensure a world-class customer experience
• Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies to stay ahead of the curve
• Staying up-to-date on marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates to provide informed responses to customer inquiries

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proficiency on phones and computer systems, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• A professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality that shines through on every call
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a world-class experience to every customer
• Previous call center and appointment setting experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
