Experienced Customer Engagement Budget Manager – Strategic Financial Leadership

About the Role & Team
Customer Engagement is a dynamic and innovative team within arenaflex's Marketing Center of Excellence. We're dedicated to developing holistic, audience-focused, data-driven communication plans that drive real results. As a CE Budget Manager, you'll be part of a high-performing team that provides strategic, financial, and analytical leadership to our global marketing teams and finance partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate invoice payments and work with multiple partners to ensure timely remittance
- Utilize CE workflow system to manage and prioritize payment activities based on urgency and importance
- Research issues with past invoices and respond to internal financial audits
- Collaborate with CE internal and external partners to improve existing processes and develop new ones
- Partner with Customer Engagement team members to respond to various budget requests
- Create strong partnerships with stakeholders across multiple arenaflex businesses and organizations
- Present and communicate effectively to all levels of leadership, including senior executives
- Supervise the CE Budget team mailbox and lead daily communications, inquiries, and updates
- Request, monitor, and maintain purchase orders and insertion orders required to pay vendor invoices
Essential Qualifications:
* 3+ years of work experience in Finance/Accounting or Business Development
- Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience with growing responsibility in Finance/Accounting or Business Development
- Demonstrated analytical ability and strong computer/systems skills, with proven experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Proficient experience in large data sets and Excel formulas
- Practical experience with Coupa, SAP, or similar enterprise resource planning software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience communicating with team members at all levels, including senior management
- Demonstrated ability to drive results through a proactive approach to problem solving, strong detail orientation, and great partnership skills
- Experience working in a collaborative environment with internal partners, 3rd party vendors, and agencies
- Proven track record of working with a sense of urgency and curiosity in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Exposure to other tools, such as Smartsheet and Workfront
Preferred Qualifications:
* BA/BS Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
- Experience working with Smartsheet and Workfront
- Familiarity with arenaflex's Marketing Center of Excellence and Customer Engagement team
