Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with clients and members to provide exceptional support and service. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, establishing consultations, conducting discussions, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Establish consultations with clients and members to discuss benefits and services
  • Conduct discussions with clients and members to understand their needs and provide personalized support
  • Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and members
  • Provide leadership development opportunities to team members

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members

  • Exceptional customer service and association skills, with a focus on building strong relationships
  • Upbeat and beneficial mindset, with a positive energy and attitude
  • Ability to interact successfully with individuals and teams at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues
  • Legally licensed to operate in the US, Canada, or UK
  • Customer Service and/or Consumer Sales experience preferred

* Experience working in a union label environment

  • Knowledge of benefits and services, particularly in the union label industry
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Experience with quality assurance initiatives and process improvement
  • Familiarity with remote work environments and adaptable job schedules
