Job Summary
As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing shareholder communications to public companies on behalf of our internal clients. This includes inbound, outbound, and email responses to ensure that our clients receive accurate and timely information. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement effective communication strategies that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide shareholder communications to public companies on behalf of our internal clients
- Respond to inbound, outbound, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to meet our clients' needs
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues
- Utilize our CRM system to track and manage client interactions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Equipment Requirements
* Windows 10 or 11 (no Lenex, Chrome, MAC, etc.)
- USB headsets (no wireless)
- Internet speed: 50 download/10 upload
Pay and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 - $20.00
