Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers, providing exceptional service and support
  • Calling customers with outstanding balances to collect payments, ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Following up with customers who have expressed interest in storage units, fostering a positive and engaging experience
  • Initiating the auction process for customers who have not paid their storage fees, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Implementing a tenant protection program to safeguard customer belongings, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
