Job Description

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers using our cutting-edge software
  • Engage with customers via chat, building rapport and encouraging them to place an order
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
  • Collaborate with sales managers to follow up with customers via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your goals

Key Responsibilities:

* Utilize our software to advertise and sell shipping containers to customers

  • Engage with customers via chat, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns
  • Close sales and send invoices using our company's system

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using software applications and technology
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
