The Role

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing top-tier customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for answering emails, live chats, and phone calls, helping clients set up their online shops, troubleshoot issues with their Printful Store and E-Commerce platform, and more. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities

* Answering emails, live chats, and phone calls from clients

  • Helping clients set up their online shops, get their designs on our products, and more
  • Assisting customers with troubleshooting issues with their Printful Store and E-Commerce platform
  • Providing top-tier customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services

Requirements

* Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms and online shopping
  • Experience with customer service software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
