  • Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, to provide valuable feedback to our sponsors and partners
  • Utilizing your smartphone or webcam to participate in online discussions and share your thoughts and opinions
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry and reporting
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences

Key Responsibilities:

* Participate in nationwide and local paid Focus Groups and Market Research assignments

  • Complete written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys
  • Utilize your smartphone or webcam to participate in online discussions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry and reporting
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
  • Access to a reliable internet connection
  • The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
  • A desire to fully participate in one or several of the given topics
  • Data entry clerk or administrative assistant experience is not necessary but is highly desirable

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
