Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging customers and resolving their issues in a courteous, truthful, and efficient manner
- Fostering a positive and welcoming store environment, adhering to arenaflex's customer service standards
- Registering sales on assigned cash registers, collecting cash, and distributing change as required
- Recommending products to customers and promoting trade-up and/or partner products
- Maintaining counters and shelves in a smooth and well-merchandised state, taking inventory, and reporting facts
- Implementing asset protection strategies to prevent and reduce shrinkage
- Ensuring compliance with local and national laws concerning regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products)
- Constructing and maintaining displays, promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise, and completing resets and revisions as directed
- Assisting with the separation of food products (e.g., raw ingredients from pre-cooked) and product placement according to policies and procedures
- Providing customer support within the photo location, including virtual passport image services, poster print, and innovative machine services
- Assuming net pickup obligations (monitoring orders in Photo Care Plus, filling orders, and providing orders to customers as they arrive at the store)
- Assisting with outdoor and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store environment
- Complying with all arenaflex policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers, and completing unique assignments and other responsibilities as assigned
Education & Personal Development
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to:

Primary Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
- Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
Favored Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Six months of experience in a retail environment
- Prior experience with arenaflex
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
