Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound or outbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and efficient service.
- Manage multiple chat channels at one time, providing seamless communication with customers across various platforms.
- Follow established communication "scripts" when handling different topics, ensuring consistency and accuracy in customer interactions.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions and/or alternatives, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Access company and client resources provided to accurately handle calls, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.
- Perform Data Entry and Customer Service skills, maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service.
- Be able to navigate online efficiently, accessing necessary resources and information to provide effective support.
- Work requests/records received for those requesting to sign up for a shift, verifying credentials and facilitating connections with healthcare facilities.
- Skillfully change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
- Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, ensuring that customers receive consistent and reliable service.
- Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions, providing a exceptional experience for every customer.
- Flexibility to cross-train as requested, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service or customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- 1 year of previous call center or office background experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Technical savvy, with a strong understanding of computer systems and software applications.
- Previous remote work from home experience a plus, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Quick learner, with a strong ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Type 35 words per minute accurately, with a strong understanding of keyboarding skills.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Active listening skills, with a strong ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
- A background check applicable with state and federal laws, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
