Responsibilities
As a B2B Customer Insights Senior Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in uncovering valuable insights that inform business strategies and drive growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research and analysis: Design and execute custom research studies to uncover actionable insights that inform business decisions and drive competitive advantage.
- Building strong relationships: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, providing guidance and expertise on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, CX, and design teams to align research with business goals and objectives.
- Communicating research findings: Present research findings compellingly and persuasively, using data visualization and storytelling techniques to engage stakeholders.
- Advocating for the customer's perspective: Ensure that the customer's needs and preferences are considered in decision-making, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Contributing to marketing and product strategies: Identify opportunities for growth and innovation, contributing to the development of marketing and product strategies that drive business success.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience: A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
- Six or more years of relevant experience: Demonstrated experience in B2B research, with a focus on quantitative market/survey research with hard-to-reach business decision-makers.
- B2B Research experience: Proven experience in conducting research with business decision-makers, with a focus on the technology or telecoms category.
- Ability to independently translate business needs: The ability to independently translate business needs and objectives into the appropriate research design and actionable insights.
Nice-to-haves
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Advanced degree in Market Research, Social Sciences, or Business: An advanced degree in a relevant field or certification in market research would be an asset.
- Experience in conducting research with Business decision-makers: Experience conducting research with business decision-makers in the technology or telecoms category would be beneficial.
- Experience at or working alongside a market research agency: Experience working with a market research agency or related vendor would be an asset.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team: The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
