Job Overview

The Data Entry Specialist and Quality Control (QC) personnel at arenaflex are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our documentation processes. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, resolving issues, and escalating as needed. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participating in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies as they arise
• Completing additional projects as assigned
• Collaborating with the QC team to ensure accuracy and quality of documentation
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• No prior experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• The ability to type at least 60 words per minute
