Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for processing incoming healthcare claim forms, capturing and validating complex data, and ensuring accuracy in our clients' operations. You'll work closely with our team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities

* Capture and validate complex data from incoming healthcare claim forms

• Classify images and documents, and pre-adjudicate documents as required
• Verify data from automated data extraction tools and complete assignments using multiple source documents
• Work within established procedures and practices, and under close supervision
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with our team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our clients' operations

Requirements

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• At least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to type at least 30+ WPM with high accuracy
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and internet research
• Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing preferred
• High-speed internet connection with download speed of at least 25 Mbps, upload speed of at least 5 Mbps, and ping time of less than 175 ms
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy rates
• Ability to pass an internet speed test and meet the required speed requirements

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry or medical claims form processing

• Familiarity with healthcare industry and medical terminology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
