The Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Social Media Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential customers on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Your primary objective will be to sell coaching programs to our clients' target audience, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and sales acumen to drive results. You'll work closely with our client success team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage your time efficiently, and continuously improve your performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential customers on social media platforms (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with leads and respond to inquiries (2 hours/day)
- Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience (2 hours/day)
- Close sales and meet or exceed your performance targets (1.5 hours/day)
- Manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Collaborate with our client success team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Continuously improve your sales skills and knowledge through training and mentorship
Essential Qualifications
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Stable internet connection and a reliable laptop/desktop
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for sales, learning, and growth

* Experience working from home or in a remote environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms and conversational marketing strategies
