Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately input and sustain data across multiple database systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Data Interpretation and Verification: Interpret, verify, compile, and sort received data and source documents before entering them into the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems: Experience with accounting software systems, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services: Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services, including data management, reporting, and analysis.
- CRM Skills: Ability to effectively utilize CRM tools, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Epic Software Experience: Familiarity with Epic Software, including data management, reporting, and analysis.
- ERP Solutions Knowledge: Knowledgeable in ERP Solutions, including data management, reporting, and analysis.
- About Time Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using About Time software, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, management, and clients.
