Compensation

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct phone consultations with warm leads
- Close clients into booked portrait sessions
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversions
- Track activity and pipeline in CRM
- Consistently hit or exceed sales targets
Required Experience (MUST HAVE)
- 2+ years of phone sales or inside sales experience
- Proven ability to close over the phone
- Experience handling objections and asking for payment
