At The Harvest Method, we believe: there is a nutrition and lifestyle component to everything that happens in your body. We are a functional nutrition and behavioral health practice helping clients heal, regulate, and grow through personalized care. We are currently re-engaging our patient base and are looking for someone to take ownership of this initiative. Role Overview This role is focused on re-engaging patients who have canceled, no-showed, or fallen out of care. You will be responsible for reaching out to approximately 950 past and inactive patients, rebuilding connection, identifying barriers, and guiding them back into care. This is a relationship-driven outreach and conversion role, not just scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, text, and email to:
• No-shows and late cancellations
• Patients who dropped off mid-care
• Patients who never attended their first session
• Re-engage patients using clear, empathetic communication
• Identify and address barriers (time, cost, overwhelm, readiness)
• Rebook consultations and follow-up sessions
• Maintain consistent follow-up cadence
• Track outreach, responses, and bookings in CRM
• Report patterns and insights on patient drop-off and objections

Performance Expectations

• 8–10 calls per hour
• ~10 hours per week
• Consistent follow-up across multiple touchpoints (calls, text, email)
• Ability to manage a high-volume outreach list (~950 patients)

Compensation

• $25/hour
• Approximately 10 hours per week
• Opportunity for future performance-based incentives based on:
• Rebooked appointments
• Show-up rates
• Patient reactivation

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
• Ability to rebuild trust and re-engage disengaged patients
• Comfortable navigating resistance and low responsiveness
• Organized and able to track high-volume outreach
• Experience in appointment setting, sales, or retention preferred
• Experience in health, wellness, or coaching environments is a plus
