Account Executive | Up to $1,300 Monthly Bonus

Job Description
The Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales performance by engaging prospective customers, understanding product offerings, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a results-driven individual who can effectively manage multiple customer interactions while navigating various systems in a fast-paced sales environment. You will support both inbound and outbound sales efforts, working closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to align on strategy and achieve business targets. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to quickly learn and apply product knowledge to customer conversations. Duties and Responsibilities
- Learn and effectively communicate product offerings, features, and sales terms
- Set and work toward individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing to align on sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance and marketing metrics
- Analyze business and market trends, including monthly sales rates
- Track competitor activity and industry developments
- Ensure alignment with current business goals and targets
- Identify and engage prospective customers and new target segments
- Perform both inbound and outbound sales activities
- Manage approximately 10–12 customer appointments per day
Required Experience/Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or in a similar sales role
- Strong conversational and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
- Prior sales experience with a track record of meeting targets
- Experience working with CRM tools
- Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in high-volume sales environments (inbound and/or outbound)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as SPSS or SAS
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and follow-ups
