£44,000, plus overtime and standby, with opportunity for pay progression up to £58,000. Business use of company van, tools and PPE equipment. Key responsibilities Wiring, installing, maintaining and controlling the high diversity of electrical equipment necessary to treat and distribute water. Calibrating and maintaining technical analytical equipment. Investigate asset trends and carry out electrical interventions. Assist electrical framework contractors and internal high voltage, optimisation and automation teams. Utilise electrical drawings to troubleshoot and resolve issues. React to technical issues to maintain water supply. What does it take to be an Electrical Asset Technician? Level 3 electrical qualifications AND ideally completed an electrical apprenticeship.
