Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Data Engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and operationalizing data pipelines to support business intelligence, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Architects, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts, to ensure that our data solutions meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, and cloud-based data warehouses

• Collaborate with Data Architects to design and implement data models, data warehouses, and data lakes
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using ETL tools, such as Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica IICS
• Work with Data Scientists to develop and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports using business intelligence tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data solutions to meet those needs
• Develop and maintain documentation for data pipelines, data models, and data warehouses
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code meets arenaflex's coding standards and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience designing and operationalizing data pipelines with large and complex datasets

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica IICS
• 3+ years of experience working with cloud-based data warehouses, such as Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) and Databricks
• 3+ years of experience working with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB and Cassandra
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data lakes
• Strong understanding of ETL tools, such as Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica IICS
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
• Strong understanding of machine learning and predictive analytics
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex SQL queries against various data sources
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

* BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Experience executing data integration strategies, such as event/message-based integration (Kafka, Azure Event Hub)
• Experience with Git and Azure DevOps
• Experience conveying data solutions through agile software development processes
• Openness to the retail business
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with SAP integration tools, including SAP BusinessObjects
• Experience with UC4 Job Scheduler
