Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and updating customer-related information systems to ensure accurate records and seamless communication

  • Serving customers across our product portfolio and resolving a wide range of common inquiries

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in contact or call center environments (entry-level and experienced positions available)
  • Good to excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Effective time management and self-accountability, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
