Key Responsibilities

As a Work at Home Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat, and email interactions

Schedule and Flexibility

While the majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs.

Earnings and Revenue

As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on client assignments and performance metrics. You can expect competitive rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available for meeting client and performance targets.

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor, you'll maintain a contractual relationship with arenaflex. You'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and work-related expenses. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us.
