Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Customer Support Representative to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a valued member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our clients' websites and social media channels. Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our clients' websites and social media channels
  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Offering promotional discounts and providing helpful resources and information to customers
  • Collaborating with our team to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Valid U.S. work authorization
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection
  • 5+ hours availability per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Experience with social media platforms and online chat tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
