Experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Associate – Remote Data Entry Position at arenaflex

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer experiences by greeting clients, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions on assigned sales register, collect cash, and disperse change as needed
- Register client buys, voids, returns, delays, discounts, and trades according to company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records, including patient and medication data, and ensure data is entered correctly
- Fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring medication, confirming medication is correct, and checking for potential interactions
- Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work processes
- Report remedy mistakes to pharmacists on duty and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding medication errors
- Handle calls that do not require individual attention from the pharmacist, including those to doctors
- Process manual cases for external program remedy services in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director
- Assist with stock management activities, including ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medication
- Maintain knowledge of company resource security methods and record claims for distribution center overages, deficiencies, request errors, or damaged products
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances (e.g., cocktails and tobacco products)
- Build and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special designs, and complete resets and corrections as directed
- Assist with division of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by strategies/methods (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves)
- Have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment
- Provide customer support in the photo area, including digital identification photo service, banner print, and creative machine, and sell special photo items
- Take on web pick-up responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles requests, and delivers requests to clients as they arrive at the store)
- Assist with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, tidy, and well-organized store environment and appearance
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with colleagues
- Complete special tasks and other assignments as directed
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of store systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekend shifts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* 6 months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous work experience with arenaflex
- Strong numerical skills to accurately fill prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
- Proficiency in computer software and systems
- Knowledge of store stock control and inventory management
- PTCB certification
