Job Summary

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional service with a focus on understanding and resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the best solution
  • Processing transactions and maintaining customer records by updating account information
  • Providing information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Tracking customer interactions and detailing all customer account information in the system
  • Developing a keen understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers to enhance the customer service process

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Educational Qualifications
