Responsibilities

As a Data Entry & Office Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team's daily operations and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Data Entry & Management

  • Accurately enter and update data into various systems, databases, or spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

### Administrative Support

  • Support the team in daily office operations, including managing emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.

### Document Handling

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
  • Scan, file, and store documents in a digital format, maintaining arenaflex's document management policies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records for administrative and operational tasks, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's record-keeping policies.

### Communication

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient office operations, fostering a culture of open communication.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders, representing arenaflex in a professional and courteous manner.

### Other Duties

Requirements
