Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in Nashville, USA. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to a wide range of data sources, utilizing data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive navigation and present findings to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to a wide range of data sources, utilizing data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions

• Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources
• Develop and communicate results to a wide range of audiences, from initial concept to production
• Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to leadership, through understanding of the business strategy and the data available for analysis
• Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, constrained modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation
• Guide less senior staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Present to senior leadership and stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics

• Five (5) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
• Proficient in analysis software and applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry

• Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis
