What You Will Be Doing
As an Instagram Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for managing direct messages on Instagram for various online businesses with large followings. Your primary goal will be to respond to inquiries related to product details, shipping rates, return policies, and other promotional information using a pre-prepared document with answers to frequently asked questions. Your timely and accurate responses will help enhance customer interaction and contribute to sales growth through the Instagram app.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage direct messages on Instagram for various online businesses with large followings
- Respond to inquiries related to product details, shipping rates, return policies, and other promotional information using a pre-prepared document with answers to frequently asked questions
- Enhance customer interaction and contribute to sales growth through timely and accurate responses within the Instagram app
- Work independently and adhere to detailed instructions
- Commit to at least 10 hours of availability each week
- Maintain a reliable internet connection
Skills and Background Needed:
* Possess a device (phone or tablet) with access to Instagram
- Ability to work independently and adhere to detailed instructions

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Contract Length and Rate:
* Open-ended contract
- Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour
Location and Availability:
* Fully remote; candidates from the United States are preferred, but the role is open to suitable applicants who can work online from anywhere
- Flexible hours, starting from 10 hours per week with potential for more based on performance
