Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing them with a warm, welcoming experience
• Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to help customers find the perfect products
• Working with our food program to provide customers with a wide range of options
• Maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring that it's always clean and well-organized
• Providing fast and friendly service to our customers, both in-store and online
• Interacting with customers daily, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues they may have
• Working as part of a team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
• Coming up with creative solutions to problems and suggesting new ideas to improve our services

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift, and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level. You'll also be required to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, and grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• A strong passion for customer service and a desire to deliver exceptional experiences
• The ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a similar role
• Sales associate or cashiering experience, preferably in a retail environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• A degree in a related field, such as business or marketing
• Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment
• A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
• The ability to speak multiple languages, preferably including Spanish
