Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative Agent Work From Home - Part Time Focus Group Panelist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Participating in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
• Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys provided for each panel
• Using products and/or services, if provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
• Showing up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
• Participating in online or in-person discussions, as preferred

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
• Access to a high-speed internet connection
• A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
• The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• No prior Customer Service Representative Agent experience is necessary
