Experienced Full Stack Client Service Expert – Web & Cloud Application Development

Job Summary

As a 3PX Client Service Expert, you'll be responsible for analyzing client requests to identify recurring themes and pain points in the client experience, reporting out insights to internal partners, and driving consistent improvements. You'll work closely with our field merchants and partners to answer Private Estimating Project inquiries and collaborate with clients to drive cycle, achievements, and best practices. Key Responsibilities

* Learn and apply the basics of the arenaflex Private Estimating System to become an informed authority on client service

• Examine client service data to identify themes and pain points in the client experience and patterns in the business
• Answer inquiries from internal and external clients in accordance with team SOPs, quality metrics, and SLAs
• Convey business insights to key partners to provide experiences and metrics
• Provide recommendations for short-term client solutions while contributing to long-term practical solutions at scale
• Contribute to improving efficiencies through automation, effective estimation, assessment, and communication for improved functional performance

Essential Capabilities

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• 4+ years of direct client service/support experience, identifying and detailing patterns to drive quantifiable outcomes for an intricate sales/support organization

Preferred Capabilities

* Exceptional interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to refresh senior management on needs, status, data patterns, and provide tooling and training proposals

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to cross-functional audiences
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and the arenaflex offering
• Skilled at marrying data with accounts to determine meaningful insights
• Rapidly acquires complex ideas independently
• Has strong business acumen and constancy; able to work independently through ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced environment to drive results
• Gifted at working successfully with numerous partners to influence and gain buy-in
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
