Join our Dutch Customer Experience Team

As a Dutch customer service representative for arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting customers from the Netherlands and Belgium. You will undergo comprehensive training by certified instructors to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities

As a Dutch customer service representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Tracking and following cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction by representing a major brand
  • Assisting customers with managing and securing their accounts and passwords
  • Setting up repairs for hardware-related issues
  • Escalating unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support interaction experts
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction through continuous improvement and feedback

What You Will Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level)
  • Advanced English knowledge (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (preferred)
  • Prior customer support experience (advantageous)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to think critically
