The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who require assistance with bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries. You'll leverage your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues, provide top-notch service, and exceed customer expectations. Your role will involve:

  • Managing customer inquiries regarding flight statuses, changes, and other travel-related concerns
  • Assisting customers with loyalty program queries and providing information on company policies

  • Engaging with customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
