Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll work closely with our Data Management team to enter, update, and organize data in our systems, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are highly organized, self-motivated, and looking for a remote work opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Entering and updating data into internal systems with accuracy and efficiency
  • Organizing and maintaining databases and files to ensure seamless data management
  • Verifying and reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies to maintain data quality standards
  • Assisting team members with ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow
  • Communicating effectively with team members to ensure seamless collaboration and data exchange
  • Supporting data cleanup efforts to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Comfortable working with computers and basic data entry software to manage data effectively
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

While not required, the following skills will be beneficial in this role:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to manage data effectively
  • Basic understanding of database management to ensure seamless data exchange

Work Environment

This is a remote, part-time position that offers flexible hours, 15-20 hours per week.
