Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our database, processing patient information, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

* Patient Experience: + Greet patients and offer assistance with items and services + Resolve patient issues promptly and respond to inquiries to ensure a positive patient experience + Model and offer client support best practices with all colleagues to deliver a unique and cheerful experience + Associate with patients by anticipating needs and proactively offering services + Participate and aid in events that reflect the exceptional communities we serve, as mentioned by the Head supervisor, Medical services Boss, Region Director, or Drug store Administrator

  • Tasks:

+ Advise patients and answer their inquiries regarding the use of medication, side effects, interactions, contraindications, patient data security, generics, more affordable medications, over-the-counter items, and refer to clinical suppliers when necessary to ensure medication is taken accurately, health needs are addressed, and satisfaction with service is met + Perform pharmacy tasks, including compounding, drug treatment audits, check, and medication management + Review, interpret, and accurately administer prescribed medications when required by responsibility + Ensure the pharmacy operates according to guidelines, company policies, and standards + Help the pharmacy manager with establishing strategies that promote the effective workflow of the pharmacy, including delegating tasks, planning activities, and requesting colleague ideas + Ensure the utilization of all components of the Honest intentions Apportioning strategy related to state and government-controlled substance regulations while filling solutions + Maintain current knowledge of data technology related to pharmacy systems, including workflow, solution satisfaction, charging, clinical documentation, training, stock management, and retail location registers to offer assistance to patients as well as pharmacy staff + Seek new and better ways to encourage advance efficiency

  • Individuals and Performance Management:

+ Help the Drug store Administrator with staff hiring and training + Build up the course of Drug store Supervisor in staff performance by training, and giving productive feedback, checking client support, and encouraging colleague improvement + Advance collaboration and inspire colleagues by establishing expectations, screens, and perceives progress, and encourages a common vision

  • Preparation and Self-awareness:

+ Maintain current knowledge and required permitting/credentialing/confirmation as laid out by government and state guidelines to offer such clinical types of assistance + Maintain current knowledge and abilities connected with pharmacy and healthcare by reading pharmacy-related journals, company publications, and communications + Keeps up with attention to advancements in retail and management and seeks after accepted procedures that would improve execution + Acquires vital affirmations, schooling credits, and training, including learning modules, as expected by the Organization + Looks for professional improvement by observing one's performance, requests for valuable feedback, and use pharmacy chief and head supervisor as tutor and mentor + Interchanges + Upholds the Drug store Director and Head supervisor by imparting important corporate wellbeing and health administrations or methodology data to drug store staff

Essential Capabilities

* BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacy Degree from an authorized educational establishment

  • Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region
  • Experience performing solution apportioning exercises that show serious areas of strength for an information on pertinent state and government-controlled substance regulations
  • Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer in at least 90 days of recruit

Favored Capabilities

* No less than 2-year experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail setting including prescription filling and check, records, and lawful consistency, pharmacy tasks, pharmacy programming, and technology frameworks, and protection
