Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Clinical Research and Evidence Generation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing advanced statistical analyses, data mining, and machine learning techniques to extract insights from large datasets. Your expertise will be instrumental in generating high-quality evidence to inform clinical trials, regulatory submissions, and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and execute advanced statistical analyses, data mining, and machine learning techniques to extract insights from large datasets

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical research, regulatory, and business stakeholders to identify research questions and develop study designs
• Develop and maintain complex data models, including data warehousing, data mining, and data visualization
• Conduct data quality checks, data cleaning, and data transformation to ensure high-quality data for analysis
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to ensure that our research and evidence generation practices remain cutting-edge
• Collaborate with external partners, including biopharmaceutical companies, academic institutions, and research organizations to identify research opportunities and develop collaborative research projects

Essential Capabilities

* Master's or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, biostatistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
• Strong programming skills in languages such as R, Python, or SQL
• Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience working with large datasets, including data warehousing and data mining

Preferred Capabilities

* Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, biostatistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field

• Experience with clinical data standards, clinical terminology, and controlled vocabularies
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including GCP, ISO, MDD/MDR, and CFR
• Experience with exploratory data analysis, Bayesian modeling, and computational statistics
• Strong understanding of machine learning and AI techniques, with the ability to continue learning and adapting to new technologies
